The Management Board of Boryszew S.A. (Company) informs that it has received an agreement signed by DNB Bank Polska Spółka Akcyjna with the seat in Warsaw concerning the financial pledge on the financial instruments.
The subject of the financial pledge are 1,482,758 units of Impexmetal’s shares belonging to Boryszew S.A.
The pledge has been established for the benefit of DNB Bank Polska Spółka Akcyjna with the seat in Warsaw to the highest guarantee sum amounting to PLN 45,000,000.00 as a collateral of the receivables of the Bank in virtue of a Credit Agreement on roll over credit concluded on 16 December 2011 with further amendments for the amount of PLN 30,000,000.00.
The nominal value of the above mentioned shares being the subject of a pledge amounts to PLN 593.1 th. and their balance value in the accounting books of Boryszew S.A. as at 31 March 2014 has amounted to PLN 4,596.5 th.
The above mentioned shares constitute 0.74 % of the initial capital of Impexmetal S.A. and give 0.74 % of votes on the General Meeting.
There are no affiliations between Boryszew S.A. and its managers or supervisors and DNB Bank Polska Spółka Akcyjna and its managers.
Criterion for the base of recognizing assets as assets of great value – the value of shares being the subject of pledge, in the day of this information, exceeds the equivalence of EUR 1.0 m.
