In connection with the current report no 68/2015 of 28 April 2015 regarding dividend payment by the Company, the Management Board of Boryszew SA informs that total number of shares entitled to dividend amounts to 234,470,000 units.
In the dividend don’t participate treasury shares of Boryszew SA, that was acquired in a share buyback program of Boryszew SA, in the number of 5.530.000 units.
In connection with the above, according to Resolution No. 20 of the Ordinary General Meeting of Boryszew SA of 28 April 2015, the payment of dividend will amount to PLN 23,447,000 the remaining amount of PLN 2,100,747.93 will be allocated for supplementary capital of the Company.
The dividend record date was set for July 2, 2015 and the dividend payment dated on July 23, 2015.
